数字资本主义下的自由时间异化现象探析

摘　　要：当代数字资本主义依然是资本主义的延续,承载着资本主义的一切特点和瑕疵。资本凭借数字技术将个体置于“数字化全景监狱”,用情感消费重塑个体意识,以满足资本增殖为最终目的,导致自由时间被剥夺、失真及商品化的异化现象出现。立足我国具体实际并结合马克思主义思想指导,从法律层面上进一步规范条例制度,唤醒个人主体意识,正确对待资本并保证数字技术的合理应用,是破除数字资本主义规训、扬弃自由时间异化的可行之路。For the present,digital capitalism,which is still viewed as the continuation of capitalism,bears all the features and drawbacks of capitalism.By means of digital technology,capital places individuals in the“digital panorama prison”and reshapes individual consciousness with emotional consumption to meet the ultimate goal of capital multiplication,which leads to the alienation phenomenon of free time in its deprivation,distortion and commercialization.In accordance with the real conditions of our country and Marxist ideological guidance,the feasible measures to break the shackles of digital capitalism and to discard the alienation of free time go as the following:further standardizing regulations and systems from the legal level,awakening individual subject consciousness,correctly treating capital and ensuring the rational application of digital technology.
