摘  要:为了探究蓝莓叶色素在纺织品染色中的应用效果,从蓝莓落叶中提取天然色素,研究其在柞蚕丝织物染色中的应用性能。结果表明:蓝莓叶色素可作为柞蚕丝的天然染料应用,直接染色适宜参数为浴比1∶50、pH值3.5、染色温度98℃、染色时间80 min;硫酸铝、硫酸锌和硫酸亚铁的预媒染和后媒染处理都可提升柞蚕丝织物的颜色深度,其中硫酸亚铁后媒染染色试样的K/S值最高;色牢度测试结果显示,直接染色柞蚕丝织物的耐摩擦色牢度、耐皂洗色牢度及耐光色牢度均为3级,媒染工艺染色柞蚕丝织物的各项色牢度为3~4级及以上。In order to explore the application effect of blueberry leaf pigment in textile dyeing,the natural pigment was extracted from blueberry leaves,and its application performance in the dyeing of tussah silk fabric was investigated.The results proved that blueberry leaf pigment could be used as a natural dye for tussah silk,and the suitable parameters of direct dyeing were a bath ratio of 1∶50,pH value of 3.5,and 98℃ for 80 min.Furthermore,the pre-mordant and post-mordant with aluminum sulfate,zinc sulfate,and ferrous sulfate effectively enhanced the color depth of the silk fabric,among which the K/S value of ferrous sulfate was the highest.In addition,the color fastness test results show that the rubbing,washing and light fastness of directly dyed tussah silk fabric was grade 3,and the color fastness of the mordant dyed tussah silk fabric was more than grade 3-4.
