摘 要:为了研究膝关节屈曲角度和面料弹性对裤装膝部形变的影响,选择身材相似的9名受试者,筛选出3种基本物理性能相近但弹性不同的针织牛仔面料制作样裤,利用三维扫描仪获取受试者在不同膝关节屈曲角度下、不同下肢着装时(光腿与穿着不同弹性裤装)的膝部标记区域点云数据,提取膝部曲面形变率。分析得出:不同下肢着装时的膝部形变率与膝关节屈曲角度均存在显著正相关,裤装膝部形变率与面料纵向弹性模量存在负相关;得到的膝部皮肤形变率与膝关节屈曲角度、膝部裤装形变率与膝关节屈曲角度、面料弹性的回归模型可用于指导裤装舒适性研究及膝部弹性面料的选择。In order to study the influence of knee flexion angle and fabric elasticity on the knee deformation of trousers,nine subjects with similar stature were selected,and three kinds of knitted denim fabrics with similar basic physical properties but different elasticity were selected to make sample trousers.The three-dimensional scanner was used to obtain the knee marker area point cloud data of the subjects under different knee flexion angles and different lower limb wear(bare leg and wearing different elastic trousers),and the knee surface deformation rate was extracted.The analysis shows that there is a significant positive correlation between the knee deformation rate and the knee flexion angle when wearing different lower limbs,and there is a negative correlation between the knee deformation rate and the longitudinal elastic modulus of the fabric.The obtained regression models of knee skin deformation rate and knee flexion angle,knee pants deformation rate and knee flexion angle,and fabric elasticity can be used to guide the study of pants comfort and the selection of knee elastic fabrics.
