摘　　要：西南地区民族武术文化底蕴深厚,众多世居于西南地区的民族各自都发展出了独特的武术拳械体系。经过对苗族、土家族、布依族等民族武术拳械的系统性研究,发现这些民族武术文化中存在诸多共有共享的文化符号,其中板凳最具代表性。在西南多个民族的武术流派中,板凳被用作一种重要的武器,同时存在以板凳为核心元素的“板凳拳”。尽管板凳是日常生活中广泛运用的生活物品,但在西南各民族的武术文化中,板凳却占据了重要地位,这不仅体现了民族武术与生活的紧密联系,也成为了各民族共有共享文化符号的实物例证。在当前铸牢中华民族共同体意识的时代背景下,应利用好各民族武术之中的共有共享文化符号,推动铸牢中华民族共同体意识工作走深走实。The cultural heritage of ethnic Wushu in the southwest region is profound,and many ethnic groups who have lived in the southwest region have developed their own unique Wushu and equipment systems.After systematic research on Wushu equipment of ethnic groups such as Miao,Tujia,and Buyi,it was found that there are many shared cultural symbols in their Wushu cultures,among which the bench is the most representative.In the Wushu schools of multiple ethnic groups in Southwest China,the bench is used as an important weapon,and there is also the"bench fist"with the bench as the core element.Although benches are widely used items in daily life,they occupy an important position in the Wushu culture of various ethnic groups in Southwest China.This not only reflects the close connection between ethnic Wushu and life,but also becomes a tangible example of shared cultural symbols among various ethnic groups.In the current era of forging a sense of community for the Chinese nation,we should make good use of the shared cultural symbols in various ethnic Wushu to promote the deepening and implementation of the work of forging a sense of community for the Chinese nation.
