中国式现代化背景下群众武术高质量发展的短板、成因与对策研究

摘　　要：当前,城乡区域发展不平衡和人才梯队建设不全面,功能开发尚不健全,群众武术高质量发展需要转换现代化发展理念;坚守以人民为中心的理念,群众武术要生活化,让群众武术社区化和常态化,也要完善群众武术服务体系,强调新型政务理念,并明晰权责,以普及和提高为方针,以继承与创新、学习和赶超为态度,塑造群众武术良好形象,为中华民族伟大复兴贡献应有之力。At present,there are still shortcomings in the high-quality development of mass Wushu:the problem of imbalanced urban-rural regional development stil exists,the construction of talent echelons is still lacking,and the development of functions is not yet sound.Development strategy:Firstly,high-quality development requires the transformation of modern development concepts;Adhere to the concept of"putting the people at the center",mass Wushu should be adapted to daily life;Make mass Wushu a community oriented and normalized thing,we need to improve the public Wushu service system,emphasize the new concept of government affairs,clarify government responsibilities,take"popularization and improvement"as the policy,adopt"inheritance and innovation"and"learning and catching up"as the attitude,shape a good image of public Wushu,and contribute to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
