“健康第一”理念下高校武术专业人才培养模式的优化路径研究

摘　　要：文章运用文献资料法、逻辑推理法和访谈法等研究方法,分析了高校武术专业人才培养模式的现状:培养目标定位模糊、专业素养与人文素养失衡以及培养机制不健全。在“健康第一”教育理念下,针对高校武术专业人才培养模式的现状,提供优化路径:设立多元化人才培养目标;专业素养与人文素养教育均衡发展;建立健全武术专业人才培养机制,希望为高校武术专业人才培养模式更好地发展提供帮助。Through the methods of literature review,logical reasoning and interview,this paper understands some bad situations in the training mode of Wushu professionals in colleges and universities,such as unclear positioning of training objectives,weak quality education and imperfect training mechanism,under the educational concept of"health first",aiming at the disadvantages of the training mode of Wushu professionals in colleges and universities,this paper provides several optimization paths:firstly,set up diversified training objectives;Secondly,the balanced development of professional education and quality education;Thirdly,establish and improve the training mechanism of Wushu professionals.It is expected to provide help for the better development of Wushu professional training mode in colleges and universities.
