数字金融能有效提升中国产业链韧性吗?

摘　　要：提升产业链韧性以及安全水平是现代化产业体系建设的核心要求,数字经济条件下如何发挥数字金融力量,推进产业链韧性提升,直接关系中国新发展格局构建和经济高质量发展。本文利用2011—2020年省级面板数据,实证检验数字金融对产业链韧性的影响及作用机制,研究发现:数字金融对产业链韧性提升具有显著的正向影响,但这种效应存在区域和城镇化水平的异质性特征;创新要素配置、产业结构升级在数字金融对产业链韧性的影响中起到中介作用。因此,提升中国产业链韧性,增强经济抗压和抗风险能力,需要不断推进产业升级和创新要素的优化配置,构建和完善高质量市场环境。Enhancing the resilience and safety level of the industrial chain is the requirement and support for the construction of a modern industrial system.How to give full play to the digital financial power and promote the resilience of China’s industrial chain under the condition of digital economy is directly related to the construction of new development pattern and high-quality economic development in China.Based on the provincial panel data from 2011 to 2020,this paper empirically tests the impact of digital finance on the industrial chain resilience and its mechanism.The results show that digital finance has a significant positive impact on the resilience of the industrial chain,but this effect has heterogeneous characteristics of regional and level of urbanization development;The two variables of innovation factor allocation and industrial structure upgrading play a intermediary role in the impact of digital finance on the resilience of the industrial chain;Therefore,to improve China’s ability to resist pressure and risks,it is necessary to continuously promote industrial upgrading and optimize the allocation of innovative elements,and attach importance to the construction of a high-quality market environment.
