摘  要:本文结合一进口抽蓄电站监控系统改造方案项目,予以研究分析。原监控系统为不开放系统,在现场调研及借鉴国内外有关案例基础上,充分考虑抽蓄电站水泵启动控制流程特点,提出多种升级改造方案。经过试验室模拟测试、现场静态测试,筛选出一可行改造方案。这一方案经现场动态验证,实现了国产H9000监控系统实时采集原电站全部数据并对电站设备进行控制,而且新旧系统实现无缝连接、平滑过渡。This paper presents a research and analysis based on a project for the modification of an imported monitoring system for a pumped-storage power plant.The original monitoring system was a closed system.Based on site surveys and references to relevant domestic and international cases,several upgrade modification schemes were proposed,fully considering the characteristics of the pump start control process in pumped-storage power plants.After laboratory simulation tests and on-site static tests,a feasible modification scheme was selected.This scheme was dynamically validated on-site.It enables the domestic H9000 monitoring system to collect all data from the original power plant in real time and control the plant equipment.Moreover,it can achieve a seamless connection and smooth transition between the old and new systems during the transition period.
