摘 要:随着抽水蓄能水电站的迅速发展,抽水蓄能集控中心也渐渐在电力系统中占据了重要的位置,较电站属地化的分散监控运行方式,集控中心会将监管效率提高了数倍,但面对工况、流程复杂的抽水蓄能电站集中监盘,运维人员的压力较大,需要监控的画面和信息点非常多。本文就值班员界面、下令安全、智能报警等方面对抽蓄集控中心监控系统进行探究和设计,提高监盘效率,增强安全性和可靠性。As pumped-storage power plants experience rapid development,centralized control centers for these facilities have become increasingly important within the power system.Compared to the decentralized monitoring operations localized to power plants,centralized control centers have enhanced supervisory efficiency by several times.However,due to the complex working conditions and processes associated with pumped-storage power plants,operation and maintenance personnel face considerable pressure while monitoring numerous screens and information points.This paper explores and designs the monitoring system for the centralized control center of pumped-storage power plants,focusing on aspects such as the operator interface,command safety,and intelligent alarms.It aims to improve monitoring efficiency and enhance safety and reliability.
