摘 要:工业过程的事件及报警系统时常出现一段时间内的“洪水”告警问题。大量重复冗余告警充斥告警面板会造成人机之间的信任危机,降低整个系统的可用性。首先调查了实际应用的告警系统存在的告警分布不均衡问题,为了调节不同告警的概率密度需要引入刻画告警到达密度的告警抖动率的概念。之后给出告警冗余抖动的特征的刻画原则和方法,提出了联合衰减因子及自然告警到达率的告警抖动率刻画算法。最后给出了基于这种特征处理的压缩策略的具体实现。在实际测试中进行了比对分析,该方法能够有效减少重复冗余告警数量,能够提高人机信息交互表达效率。Industrial process event and alarm systems frequently experience the issue of"alarm floods"over specific periods.Numerous redundant alarms inundate the alarm panel,leading to a trust crisis between humans and machines and consequently reducing the overall system availability.This paper first examines the issue of uneven alarm distribution in existing alarm systems.To adjust the probability density of different alarms,the concept of alarm jitter rate-characterizing the density of alarm arrivals-is introduced.Next,it presents the principles and methods for characterizing alarm redundancy jitter and proposes an algorithm for characterizing the jitter rate of alarms,which combines the attenuation factor and the natural alarm arrival rate.Finally,it presents a specific implementation of a compression strategy based on these characteristics.During practical testing,comparative analyses were conducted,which demonstrated that this method effectively reduces the number of redundant alarms and enhances the expression efficiency of information in human-machine interaction.
