摘  要:手机直连低轨卫星通信可有效填补数字鸿沟,成为6G重要的技术趋势,但其面临终端上行高速率通信难、多用户高可靠接入难、信道状态实时获取难、非理想射频下数字波束成形优化难以及多域资源高效调度难等挑战。为克服传统技术方案的不足,利用人工智能技术,结合通信领域知识,形成涵盖接入、传输和资源调度的手机直连低轨卫星智能通信方案。具体地,提出基于人工智能的多星协作上行联合接收、基于人工智能的随机接入前导检测、强多普勒下导频数据非正交传输的终端智能检测以及基于语义通信的星地传输,有望提升上行传输速率和接入可靠性;提出轻量化的下行信道智能预测和星上数字波束鲁棒智能成形技术,克服信道状态延迟反馈和信号失真影响,同时解决大型相控阵波束权值的高维优化问题;提出卫星多域资源智能调度方法,实现多复杂约束下有限资源与差异化业务需求的良好适配。以期为我国卫星互联网技术体制向智能化演进提供支撑。Direct-to-handset satellite communication can effectively fill the digital divide and becomes an important technology trend in 6G.However,it faces challenges in achieving uplink transmission with high data rate,highly reliable access of multi-users,real-time acquisition of channel state,high-performance digital beamforming under non-ideal radio hardware and efficient scheduling of multi-dimensional resource.To overcome the shortcomings of traditional methods,this paper proposes to leverage artificial intelligence technique and communication-domain knowledge to form an intelligent communication paradigm covering access,transmission and r esource scheduling.Specifically,to enhance uplink transmission rate and the reliability of user access,this paper proposes the ideas of a rtificial intelligence based joint reception of multi-satellites,artificial intelligence based preamble detection,multi-user detection under non-orthogonal transmission of pilots and data,and sematic transmission.To overcome the negative impacts of delayed feedback of channel state and signal impairment and solve beamforming optimization problem with high dimension,this paper proposes the ideas of light-weight prediction of downlink channel state and robust and intelligent on-board digital beamforming.Moreover,this paper also proposes the idea of intelligent scheduling of multi-dimensional resources,which can realize the good match between limited resource and differentiated service requirements under complex constraints.The proposals are expected to support the evolution of satellite internet towards intelligent paradigms.
