摘 要:低轨卫星星座具有传输延时小、系统容量大、应用场景丰富、制造成本低等优势,已成为构建卫星互联网的核心环节,其中高带宽、高速交换技术是实现星间、星地数据业务转发的关键技术之一。因此,聚焦高宽带低轨卫星网络载荷交换的设计,以满足卫星互联网中高带宽交换、低时延误差、高可靠性等星载交换需求。为适应太空极端环境,设计了基于宇航级现场可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)实现。由于宇航级FPGA芯片接口、缓存以及逻辑资源受限,采用两片xc7v690t FPGA联合实现,搭建聚合式Crossbar架构,解决资源受限问题,各单元模块合理布局,主要包括处理总线和交叉节点网络,通过交换模块实现星间星地业务交换功能。从传输带宽、丢包率和传输时延等方面对系统进行性能评估,实现总传输带宽达40 Gbit/s、支持8优先级服务质量(Quality of Service,QoS)保障、时延小于50μs的交换系统,为资源受限的太空工作环境提供可行性方案。Low earth orbit satellite constellations have the advantages of small transmission delay,large system capacity,rich application scenarios,and low manufacturing costs,and have become the core link of building satellite Internet.High bandwidth and high-speed switching technology is one of the key technologies to achieve inter satellite and satellite ground data service forwarding.Therefore,we will focus on the design of load switching in the high bandwidth Low earth orbit satellite network to meet the requirements of high bandwidth switching,low delay error,high reliability and other on-board switching in the satellite Internet.To adapt to extreme space environments,a space grade Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA)implementation was designed.Due to limitations in the interface,cache,and logic resources of aerospace grade FPGA chips,this design will use two xc7V690t FPGA to jointly implement an aggr eg ated Crossbar architecture,solve the problem of resource constraints,and design a reasonable layout of each unit module,mainly including processing buses and cross node networks,to achieve inter satellite to ground business exchange function through switching modules.Evaluate the performance of the system from the aspects of transmission bandwidth,packet loss rate,and transmission delay,and achieve a switching system with a total transmission bandwidth of 40 Gbit/s,support for 8-priority Quality of Service(QoS)guarantee,and latency less than 50μs,providing feasible solutions for resource limited space work environments.
