绿色物流与乡村振兴交融互促的内在机理及优化策略

摘　　要：基于新内源性理论、互动治理理论和合作生产理论的三重视角,构建了绿色物流与乡村振兴交融互促的理论框架,采用案例分析方法探讨了绿色物流与乡村振兴交融互促的内在机理。结果表明:绿色物流与乡村振兴的交融互促历经了从新内源发展到互动治理再到合作生产的阶段演进,绿色物流与乡村振兴交融互促的演进过程中,呈现出以场域交融促设施互享、以资源交融促平台互用、以利益交融促成果互联的阶段性特征。绿色物流与乡村振兴交融互促存在着基础设施建设有待完善、资源利用效率有待提升和成果转化推广有待增强的现实困境。建议相关部门可以从完善基础设施建设、提升资源利用效率和增强成果转化推广三方面入手,优化绿色物流与乡村振兴交融互促的未来发展。In recent years,China attaches great importance to the development of green logistics and rural revitalization,and has issued a series of relevant policies to provide opportunities and platforms for the integration and reciprocation of green logistics and rural revitalization.Based on the new endogenous theory,interactive governance theory and cooperative production theory,we constructed a theoretical framework for the integration and reciprocation of green logistics and rural revitalization,and explored the internal mechanism using the case analysis method.The result shows that the integration and reciprocation of green logistics and rural revitalization have gone through three stages,namely new endogenous development stage,interactive governance stage and cooperative production stage,showing the phased characteristics of promoting facilities sharing through regional integration,ensuring smooth use of platforms by resource sharing,and sharing the fruits of development by developing common interests.Although the integration and reciprocation of green logistics and rural revitalization has made some progress,it still faces practical challenges such as poor infrastructure,low resource utilization efficiency and insufficient achievement transformation.In view of this situation,we put forward the corresponding optimization strategies.In the new endogenous development stage,we recommended increasing capital investment,scientifically selecting warehouse locations,and building green channels to improve logistics efficiency.In the interactive governance phase,we proposed to actively use green packaging,strengthen the recycling of renewable resources,and improve the efficiency of product transportation.In the cooperative production stage,we proposed to deepen the green concept,reinforce the application of green technology,and strengthen the transformation and promotion of practical results.Finally,we analyzed typical cases such as the Pujiang model,Jiaxing model and Anning model,showing the concrete practice and achieveme
