摘 要:通过Gleeble-3500热力模拟试验机,以不同焊接线能量对20 mm厚度Q370qE钢板进行热循环工艺模拟试验,研究在不同线能量时焊接粗晶区的金相组织、截面维氏硬度以及冲击性能的变化规律。试验表明:随着线能量的增加以及组织粗化,焊接粗晶区的维氏硬度和冲击功不断降低。在30~100 kJ/cm范围内,随着线能量的增大,试验钢板在焊接粗晶区冲击韧性下降的趋势缓慢,这与晶内铁素体细化原始奥氏体晶粒有关。The thermal cycle process simulation test is carried out on 20 mm thick Q370qE steel plate at different welding heat inputs by means of Gleeble-3500 thermal simulation testing machine,the variation law of the microstructure in the welding coarse grained heat affected zone(CGHAZ),the sectional Vickers hardness and impact property at different welding heat inputs are studied.The test shows that with the increase of welding heat input and microstructure coarsening,the Vickers hardness and impact absorbed energy value at the CGHAZ keep decreasing.Within the values ranging from 30 kJ/cm to 100 kJ/cm,with the increase of the welding heat input,the test steel plate shows a tendency of slow decline for the impact toughness at CGHAZ,which is related to the prior austenite grain refined by the ferrite in grain.
