摘  要:采用扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜和力学性能检测设备,研究分析不同淬火工艺对超高强海工钢FH790微观组织和性能的影响,结果表明:随着淬火温度的升高,试验钢的原始奥氏体晶粒尺寸逐渐变大,微观组织明显粗化,有效晶粒尺寸变大,抗拉强度有逐渐升高的趋势,但是冲击韧性明显变差;当试验钢淬火温度为850℃,冷却方式为水冷时,再按合适的工艺进行回火,能获得合适的强度、良好的冲击韧性以及马氏体组织。The effects of different quenching processes on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ultra-high strength offshore engineering steel FH790 are studied and analyzed by means of scanning electron microscope,transmission electron microscope and mechanical testing equipment.The results show that for the test steel,as the quenching temperature increases,the grain size of the prior austenite increases,the microstructure coarsens significantly,the effective grain size becomes larger,the tensile strength presents the tendency of gradual increase,but the impact toughness deteriorates obviously.After water cooling at the quenching temperature of 850℃and tempering with appropriate process,the test steel obtains proper strength,good impact toughness and martensite.
