摘  要:为提高板坯连铸结晶器浸入式水口寿命,采用CFD模拟计算包括常规浸入式水口在内的3种浸入式水口对230 mm厚度断面板坯连铸结晶器流场的影响,并进行了工业试验。结果表明:a号、b号、c号3种水口的结晶器内宽面流场均为左右对称的上、下环流;b号和c号水口冲击深度比常规水口提高了11%~16%,结晶器液面速度比a号水口减小10%,寿命比a号水口提高0.6倍;c号水口夹杂改判率比a号、b号水口降低0.27%。综合考虑,c号水口的寿命较长,产品的质量稳定性较好,具有更好的应用前景。In order to improve the service life of submerged nozzles for the slab casting mould,the effects of three submerged nozzles including the regular one on the flow field inside the mould casting of the 230 mm thickness section slab are computed by CFD simulation,industrial tests are carried out also.The results show that the flow fields at the broad side of the mould corresponding to the nozzles type a,type b and type c are the top to bottom circulating flow forms symmetrically from left to right,the impact depths at the nozzles type b and c are higher than that of type a by values from 11%to 16%.The liquid level velocities inside the nozzles type b and c corresponding moulds are both about 10%lower than that of type a.The service life of the nozzles b and c is 0.6 times higher than that of the nozzle type a.The nozzle type c corresponding re-judgement rate of inclusions is 27%lower than those of nozzles type a and b.With comprehensive consideration,the nozzle type c is of significantly improved service life and quality stability with important application prospects.
