摘 要:针对转炉炉衬砖拆除耗时长严重影响转炉作业效率的问题,利用氧气射流与预留在炉内炉渣中铁元素反应可以快速生成高温、高FeO质量分数炉渣的工艺原理,对洗炉作业过程中氧枪枪位、氧气流量、吹氧时间、浸泡侵蚀时间等工艺参数以及炉衬砖拆除过程进行优化控制,达到了快速、均匀清除炉衬砖表面附着溅渣层和提高炉衬砖拆除效率的效果。与常规拆除方法相比,转炉炉衬砖高效拆除方法的作业效率可提高22.22%~23.33%,为实现转炉高效生产提供保障。For the problem of longer lining bricks demolition time and sereverly affected operation efficiency for the converter,the technological principle of the reaction between oxygen jet and Fe element in the reserved furnace slag to rapidly form the slag with high temperature and high FeO content is applied,the optimized control is performed on the process parameters of oxygen lance position,oxygen flowrate,oxygen blowing time,immersion erosion time during the furnace cleaning operation and furnace lining bricks demolition procedure,the result of rapidly,uniformly removing the splashed slag layer adhered to the lining bricks and improving the lining bricks demolition efficiency is achieved.Compared with the regular demolition method,the operation efficiency of efficient lining brick demolition method is increased by the values ranging from 22.22%to 23.33%,which provides a guarantee for the high-efficiency smelting production of the converter.
