摘  要:唐山中厚板材有限公司转炉除尘方式由湿法除尘改为干法除尘后,出现开吹炉口“燃爆”、点火成功率低、半氧吹炼过程时间长导致冶炼周期延长及煤气回收率降低等问题。通过降低燃爆发生率、提高开吹点火效率、缩短半氧吹炼时间等措施,实现了转炉冶炼的高效、平稳运行,转炉平均冶炼周期缩短5.41 min;煤气回收量增加7 Nm^(3)/t,电耗降低10440 kJ/t。除尘方式改变后,烟气的净化更加彻底,有效减少转炉烟气对环境的影响。After the dedusting mode of the converter is changed from wet dedusting to dry dedusting in Tangshan Medium and Heavy Plate Co.,Ltd.,various problems occur such as gas explosion at the furnace mouth when starting to blow oxygen,low ignition success ratio,extended tap to tap time incurred by longer half oxygen blowing operation time and reduced gas recycling rate.By taking measures including the reduction of the explosion venting rate,increase of igniting efficiency when starting oxygen blow,efficient and stable steelmaking operation of the converter is achieved with the converter's average tap to tap time shortened by 5.41 min,the gas recycling amount increased by 7 Nm^(3)/t,the electrical consumption reduced by 10440 kJ/t.After the dedusting mode is changed,the converter's fume is purified more completely,of which the impact on the environment is effectively reduced.
