摘  要:详细介绍了合金加热炉装置的炉体结构设计、高效燃烧系统设计与燃气供给控制系统等。通过生产实践数据对比得出,采用合金在线烘烤技术后,转炉钢水平均出钢温降降低10℃以上,出钢温度可下降10℃以上,钢水终点氢质量分数降低0.000152%,终点碳质量分数提高了0.015%,既降低了转炉炼钢生产成本,又提高了钢水纯净度,进而改善了钢材产品质量。The structure design of alloy heating furnace,the design composition of high efficiency combustion system and gas supply control system are introduced in detail.Through the comparison of production practice data,it can be concluded that after adopting the alloy online baking technology,the average temperature of molten steel in converter is reduced by more than 10℃,the temperature of molten steel is reduced by more than 10℃,the hydrogen mass fraction of molten steel at the end point is reduced by 0.000152%,and the carbon mass fraction at the end point is increased by 0.015%,which not only reduces the production cost of converter steelmaking,but also improves the purity of molten steel.And then improve the quality of steel products.
