摘　　要：冷轧热镀锌带钢广泛应用于家用电器制造领域,其表面条状缺陷严重影响高端家电面板的外观质量,致使产品废次率升高。结合已有研究成果,通过观察冷轧热镀锌带钢表面条状缺陷微观形貌,分析缺陷产生的原因,认为此类条状缺陷为板坯纵裂纹导致,同时确定板坯纵裂纹产生的原因,并采取相应的优化措施,从源头有效地解决了导致带钢表面条状缺陷的板坯纵裂纹问题。Cold-rolled hot-dip galvanized strip steel is widely used in the field of home appliance manufacturing,the surface strip defects of the strip steel seriously affect the appearance quality of the high-end home appliance panel,resulting in an increase of rejected and defected product rate.Based on the existing research result,the formation causes of the defects are analyzed by observing the microscopic morphology of the surface strip defects on cold-rolled hot-dip galvanized strip steel,which deems the longitudinal cracks in the slabs leading to such strip defects and determines the causes of the longitudinal cracks of the slabs.The corresponding optimization measures are taken,which effectively resolves the slab longitudinal cracking problem leading to the surface strip defect on strip steel at source.
