板坯连铸机结晶器非计划更换的原因分析及改进措施

摘  要:基于河钢集团唐钢公司炼钢事业部两台一机两流板坯连铸机结晶器的现场使用情况,分析导致非计划更换结晶器的因素,制定降低非计划更换结晶器次数的技术措施。实践表明:通过采取提高维修人员的技能水平、增加生产辅助系统、适当调整铜板与背板固定螺栓的紧固力矩、紫铜垫硬度及对整个结晶器铜板组装过程各个步骤把控等措施,可以降低非计划更换结晶器的概率及频次,保证生产的连续稳定性。Based on the application of the mould for two slab continuous casters each with two strands at the plant site in the Steelmaking Division of HBIS Group Tangsteel Company,the factors leading to unscheduled replacemet of the mould are analysed,the technical measures to reduce the unscheduled replacement frequency of the mould are formulated.The practice indicates that by taking various measures such as improving the skill level of maintenance personnel,adding production assisting system,properly adjusting the tightening torque of the bolts fixing the copper plate onto the backplate and copper pad hardness,the control of every step in the entire process of mould copper plate assembly,the probability and frequency of unscheduled mould replacement can be reduced so that the continuous production stability.
