摘  要:连云港港是中国沿海中部的重要枢纽海港。随着30万吨级深水航道的开通,将会有更多的VLOC船舶靠港连云港港。本文结合船长和港口引航员多次进出港船舶操纵的经验,归纳总结出关于VLOC船舶在抵离连云港港时操纵建议,提高船舶进出港航行和靠离泊安全。As an important international port.Lianyungang has opened a 300,000DWT deep-water channel,which will allow more Very Large Ore Carriers(VLOC)to berth.Due to the unique size and maneuverability of VLOCs,any accidents that occur in the port area can have unimaginable consequences for both the ship and the port.Based on the experience of captain and pilot entering and leaving the port multiple times,introduce the hydrometeorology and waterway environment of the port,and provides suggestions for VLOC ship’s routing,anchorage selection,anchoring operations,berthing and unberthing operations,particularly focusing on key points during the arrival process such as berth preparation,developing an berthing plan,speed control,navigational characteristics in channel,and detailed operational considerations during critical operations.Maneuvering characteristics and key operational considerations when berthing and unberthing VLOCs are also discussed in detail,in order to provide reference for similar ships and improve the safety of ships entering and leaving the port for navigation,berthing and unberthing operation.
