摘 要:随着传统建筑给水管材料出现性能退化等问题,高密度聚乙烯、交联聚乙烯、不锈钢、复合材料和玻璃增强塑料等新型材料应用越来越多。文章对比了5种新型材料的机械特性及适用性,基于改进遗传算法建立了一种管网系统优化设计方法,考虑了新型材料全寿命周期成本。结果表明,自适应惩罚函数可以加快搜索进入可行区域的速度,然后自动调整惩罚因子以搜索更好的可行解。与传统的遗传算法设计方案相比,改进后的遗传算法可节约工程造价7.8%,研究结果为新型建筑给水管材料的应用提供了理论依据。With the performance degradation of traditional building water supply pipe materials,more and more new materials such as high-density polyethylene,crosslinked polyethylene,stainless steel,composite materials and glass reinforced plastics are used.After comparing the mechanical properties and applicability of five new materials,an optimization design method of pipe network system based on improved genetic algorithm was established,taking into account the life cycle cost of new materials.The results show that the adaptive penalty function can speed up the search into the feasible area,and then automatically adjust the penalty factor to search for a better feasible solution.Compared with the traditional genetic algorithm design scheme,the improved genetic algorithm can save 7.8% of the engineering cost,and the research results provide a theoretical basis for the application of new building water supply materials.
