摘  要:粘度指数是衡量油品粘度随温度变化程度的一项重要指标。润滑油粘度指数改进剂,主要用于改善润滑油的粘温性能,即在不同温度下能够保持比较稳定的粘度,但常见的改进剂很难同时满足增粘、耐剪切、低温效果和摩擦等特性要求。基于此,文章旨在通过实验制备一种具有优异的增粘性、耐低温性、耐剪切性和抗磨性的粘度指数改进剂,以满足上述全部特性。The viscosity index is an important index to measure the degree of oil viscosity change with temperature.The improver of lubricating oil viscosity index is mainly used to improve the viscosity and temperature performance of lubricating oil,that is,it can maintain a relatively stable viscosity at different temperatures.However,it is difficult for common improvers to have the characteristics of viscosity increase,shear resistance,low temperature effect and friction at the same time.Therefore,this paper aims to prepare a viscosity index improver with excellent viscosity increasing,low temperature resistance,shear resistance and wear resistance through experiments to meet all the above characteristics.
