摘 要:常规的煤粉燃烧质量检测方法以图像为主,受环境影响,无法提取有效的质量数据。因此,设计了超临界CFB锅炉长周期运行煤粉燃烧质量在线检测方法。为了确定煤粉燃烧质量检测的主成分,将碳、氢、氮作为煤粉燃烧的主要成分,获取煤粉燃烧质量检测的关键参数。检测超临界CFB锅炉运行煤粉燃烧成分质量,检测出水分、灰分、挥发分、固定碳、硫分的质量,评估锅炉运行情况。采用实例分析,验证了该方法的检测效果更佳,能够应用于实际生活。The conventional combustion quality detection method of pulverized coal is mainly based on images,which is affected by the environment,and the effective quality data cannot be extracted.Therefore,the on-line detection method of coal in supercritical CFB boiler is designed.In order to determine the main components of pulverized coal combustion quality testing,carbon,hydrogen and nitrogen are taken as the main components of pulverized coal combustion,and the key parameters of coal powder combustion quality testing are obtained.Test the combustion quality of pulverized coal in supercritical CFB boiler,detect the quality of moisture,ash,volatile,fixed carbon and sulfur,and evaluate the operation of the boiler.Example analysis proves that this method works better and can be applied in real life.
