摘 要:在火力发电厂中,锅炉受热面的可靠性是评价其品质的主要指标,也是其在市场上的竞争要点。为了防止受热面损伤,避免造成严重的经济损失,火力发电厂亟需对其进行有效的检修预测,并对其进行合理的指导。通过收集和整理实测数据,运用统计学推理原理,确定锅炉受热表面的疲劳损伤程度,并据此确定其可靠性和各项生命指标。这是为了避免损伤受热区域的表面,避免意外发生。文章通过对现场数据的采集和排序,确定了锅炉热面的寿命分布,利用统计推理理论计算了热源热面的可靠性参数和寿命特性。In thermal power plants,the reliability of the boiler heating surface is the main indicator for evaluating its quality,and it is also a key competitive point in the market.In order to prevent damage to the heating surface and avoid serious economic losses,thermal power plants urgently need to make effective maintenance predictions and provide reasonable guidance.By collecting and organizing measured data and applying statistical reasoning principles,the degree of fatigue damage on the heating surface of the boiler was determined,and its reliability and various life indicators were determined based on this.This is to avoid damaging the surface of the heated area and prevent accidents from occurring.This article determines the distribution of boiler hot surface life through the collection and sorting of on-site data.The reliability parameters and life characteristics of the heat source surface were calculated using statistical inference theory.
