摘  要:文章以深基坑工程为例,分析了深基坑工程运维阶段监测工作中存在的问题,基于物联网和BIM的应用特点,讨论了其在基坑工程监测风险管控中的适应性以及现有常规基坑风险预警系统的缺陷,提出了基于物联网和BIM的深基坑监测风险管控平台框架,为建成深圳深基坑工程数字化安全监督与管理系统提供参考依据。With deep foundation pit engineering as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the operational stage of deep foundation pit engineering monitoring,based on the adaptability of the Internet of Things (IOT) and Building Information Modeling(BIM)with the characters,discusses the adaptability in foundation pit engineering monitoring risk control and the defects of the existing conventional foundation pit risk early warning system,put forward a platform framework for the deep foundation pit monitoring risk control based on IOT and BIM,provides a reference basis for building the digital supervision system of foundation pit and slope engineering safety in Shenzhen city.
