摘　　要：为探究水质净化厂改造工程有限空间电气自动化控制设备安装技术,首先对水质净化厂原有生化池进行清池和设备拆除工作,在有限空间内作业应注意有害气体浓度的检测。其次对池底微孔曝气系统设备进行安装工作,池底微孔曝气系统主要由微孔曝气器、潜水推流器、泵类设备等组成。为提高改造后的水质净化厂电器自动控制能力,在池底微孔曝气系统已安装好的基础上,进行电气自动化控制设备的安装、接地和防雷工作。To explore the installation and construction technology of electrical automation control equipment in the limited space of the water purification plant renovation project,the original biochemical tank of the water purification plant is first cleaned and the purification equipment is dismantled.When working in the limited space,attention should be paid to the detection of harmful gas concentration.After the original equipment is cleared and qualified,installation work can be carried out on the equipment of the pool bottom microporous aeration system.The pool bottom microporous aeration system mainly consists of microporous aerators,submersible flow pumps,pump equipment,etc.To improve the automatic control capability of the electrical equipment in the renovated water purification plant,the installation of electrical automation control equipment was carried out on the basis of the installation of the microporous aeration system at the bottom of the pool.To ensure the normal operation of electrical automation control equipment,proper grounding and lightning protection measures should be taken.
