学术劳动力市场中博士毕业生就业流动的空间格局及其影响因素——基于144所高校一流建设学科教师履历的研究

摘　　要：基于144所高校一流建设学科43994名教师的学术履历数据,以多维距离框架分析学术劳动力市场中博士毕业生的就业流动现象发现,博士毕业生的就业流动具有典型的空间非均衡性;博士毕业生的就业流动受区域发展、学术声誉、就学流动经历等因素的共同影响。博士毕业生的就业流动与学术就职选择共同形塑我国人才分布的空间格局,凸显区域经济发展与一流学科建设协同推进的政策意涵。Based on the academic resume data of 43994 teachers from 144 universities within the first-class discipline program,this study analyzes the employment mobility of doctoral graduates in the academic labor market by using a CAGE framework.It finds that the employment mobility of doctoral graduates exhibits a typical spatial imbalance.The em-ployment mobility of doctoral graduates is influenced by regional development,academic reputation,and mobility experience for education.The employment mobility and academic position choices of doctoral graduates jointly shape the spatial pattern of talent distribution,highlighting the policy implications of coordinated promotion of regional economic develop-ment and first-class discipline construction.
