摘 要:转体连续梁在既有铁路上方合龙施工时采用钢壳法,不但便于施工、费用较低,而且钢模板可作为结构的一部分无需拆除,极大提高了施工效率、降低了施工风险。以新建安九铁路孔垄上行联络线上跨既有京九线(72+128+72)m转体连续梁施工为背景,介绍了大跨度、小曲线半径、低净空、施工天窗点有限等控制条件下的中跨合龙段钢壳设计、计算及施工方案。该方案的顺利实施,对今后类似工程有很好的参考借鉴意义。The steel shell closure technology is used in the closing construction of the swivel continuous beam over the existing railway.It is not only convenient for construction and has low cost,but also the steel formwork can be used as a part of the structure without dismantling,which greatly improves the construction efficiency and reduces the construction risks.This article takes the construction of a rotating continuous beam across the existing Beijing Kowloon Railway(72+128+72)m on the newly built Konglong up connecting line of the Anjiu Railway as the background,and introduces the design,calculation and construction scheme of steel shell in the middle span closure section under the control conditions of large span,small curve radius,low headroom and limited construction skylight points.The smooth implementation of the scheme has a good reference significance for similar projects in the future.
