摘　　要：全要素生产率的提升是实现长期经济增长的关键,系统探寻驱动全要素生产率提升的因素对于推动我国经济高质量发展具有重要意义。梳理国内外现有探讨不同层面全要素生产率的文献,利用空间拓扑结构分析影响全要素生产率分布的不同层级驱动因素及其传导机制发现,经济集聚所产生的劳动力流动、高技能人才集聚以及规模经济形成了创新效应,从而驱动企业乃至地区全要素生产率的提升。从区域内部来看,集聚规模、市场准入程度、生产要素可得性、全球价值链定位等因素塑造了区域差异化的集聚模式并对全要素生产率产生异质性影响。从区域外部来看,集聚区内部溢出效应与区域间外部溢出效应同样会影响全要素生产率。因此,在当前世界区域结构大变革的新时期,应重视数字化过程中空间经济结构演变与新质生产力的动态发展关系。Enhancement of total factor productivity is pivotal for achieving long-term economic growth.Systematically investigating the factors that enhance productivity is crucial for fostering the high-quality development of a nation's economy.By reviewing existing literature on productivity across different levels,both domestically and internationally,and employing spatial topological structure analysis to examine productivity distribution from the enterprise to the regional level,this study identifies various hierarchical drivers and transmission mechanisms influencing productivity.Economic agglomeration facilitates labor mobility,the concentration of highly skilled talent,and scale economies,thereby fostering innovation and driving productivity growth at both enterprise and regional levels.Within regions,factors such as the scale of agglomeration,market access,availability of production inputs,and positioning in the global value chain shape distinct patterns of agglomeration and exert heterogeneous effects on productivity.Beyond regional boundaries,both internal spillover effects within agglomerated areas and external spillover effects across regions also play a significant role in influencing productivity.In an era marked by significant shifts in the global regional structure and ongoing technological revolutions,it is imperative to explore the dynamic interplay between the evolution of spatial economic structures and the development of high-quality productivity.
