摘 要:过渡金属氧化物由于高比电容和较好的电化学稳定性,是目前应用最为广泛的电极材料之一。以六水合氯化钴(CoCl_(2)·6H_(2)O)、尿素、十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、环己烷为原材料,采用微乳液法合成了纳米球状Co_(3)O_(4),进而制备出Co_(3)O_(4)电极材料。重点探究了制备过程中微乳液法的反应温度、SDS以及CoCl_(2)·6H_(2)O用量对Co_(3)O_(4)电极材料电化学性能的影响。通过循环伏安测试、恒电流充放电(GCD)以及长循环测试,对Co_(3)O_(4)电极材料的电化学性能进行分析。研究结果表明,在反应温度为140℃、SDS用量为1.5 g、CoCl_(2)·6H_(2)O用量为8 mmol下制备的Co_(3)O_(4)电化学性能最优,其在1 A/g电流密度下比电容高达371.428 F/g,在2 A/g电流密度下进行1000次GCD测试后,比电容保留率为73.76%。Transition metal oxides are one of the most widely used electrode materials owing to their high specific capacitance and good electrochemical stability.Nano-spherical Co_(3)O_(4) was synthesized using cobalt chloride hexahydrate(CoCl_(2)·6H_(2)O),urea,sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS),and cyclohexane as the raw materials through the microemulsion method,and Co_(3)O_(4) electrode materials were subsequently prepared.The effects of the microemulsion reaction temperature,SDS and the amount of CoCl_(2)·6H_(2)O on the electrochemical properties of the Co_(3)O_(4) electrode materials during the preparation process were investigated in particular.The electrochemical performances of Co_(3)O_(4) were analyzed by cyclic voltammetry test,constant-current charge/discharge(GCD),and long-cycle test.The results show that the Co_(3)O_(4) prepared at the reaction temperature of 140℃,with 1.5 g of SDS and 8 mmol of CoCl_(2)·6H_(2)O exhibited the best electrochemical performance,with a specific capacitance as high as 371.428 F/g at a current density of 1 A/g,and capacitance retention rate was 73.76% after 1000 GCD tests at a current density of 2 A/g.
