摘  要:红色旅游产业与红色旅游专业教育的耦合发展是对红色旅游产业结构升级和人才培养双重需求的主动回应。基于耦合理论分析可知,红色旅游产业与红色旅游专业教育之间密切相关,二者在价值、资源、业态方面均具有天然的内在融合驱动性。目前,全国红色旅游产业发展态势良好,但与红色旅游专业教育的耦合程度不够充分。以浙江省为典型案例进行分析发现,红色旅游产业与红色旅游专业教育耦合性欠佳,主要表现为人才“进入率”低、员工专业性低、课程针对性低三方面。鉴于此,应从催化协同育人的顶层供给、激发产教融合的主动性、优化人才培养体系这三方面着手,全力推动红色旅游和教育行业的多元融合及可持续发展。The coupling development of red tourism industry and red tourism professional education is a proactive response to the dual needs of industrial structure upgrading and talent cultivation.Based on the coupling theory,it can be concluded that the red tourism industry and red tourism professional education are closely related,and the two have a natural and inherent integration driving force in terms of value,resources and industry.At present,the national red tourism industry is developing well,but the coupling with red tourism professional education is insufficient.To carry out case studies in Zhejiang province,the insufficient coupling of industry and education in this province is mainly manifested in low entry rate of talents,professionalism of employees and relevance of the curriculum,for which we should start from the top supply of catalytic collaborative education,stimulate the initiative of integration of industry and education,and optimize the talent cultivation system,so as to promote the diversified integration and sustainable development of the red tourism and education industries.
