摘 要:为满足遥感星座的各类测控需求,合理分配和调度地面测控资源,提出了面向遥感星座的地面测控资源调度方法。首先分析调度过程中的约束和优化目标项,构建地面测控资源调度约束满足模型。然后对传统的遗传算法进行改进,将星地可见时间窗口冲突作为先验知识转化为算法中基因间的关联约束,迭代过程中使用关联变异的方式进行冲突消解。最后使用改进的遗传算法进行模型求解。设计3种规模的调度场景进行对比实验,结果表明,所提方法相对于传统的遗传算法能有效提高收敛速度和解的质量,并且随着星地场景规模的增大,效果愈加明显;在大规模调度场景下,迭代次数、收敛时间、任务满足率、跟踪冗余率、负载均衡率和有效跟踪圈次总时长均优于传统的遗传算法。In order to meet the requirements of remote sensing constellation and rationally allocate and dispatch ground TT&C resources,a ground TT&C resource scheduling method is proposed.Firstly,the constraints and optimization objectives in the scheduling process are analyzed,and the constraint satisfaction model of ground TT&C resource scheduling is constructed.Then the traditional genetic algorithm is improved.The visible time windows between satellites and ground stations are transformed as priori knowledge into constraint of genes in the algorithm.The conflict resolution is carried out by association variation in the iterative process.Finally,the improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the model.Three-scale scheduling scenarios are designed for comparative experiments.The results show that compared with the traditional genetic algorithm,the proposed method can effectively improve the convergence speed and resolution quality,and the effect becomes more and more obvious with the increase of the size of the satellite and ground station scene.In large-scale scheduling scenario,such indexes as iteration times,convergence time,task satisfaction rate,tracking redundancy rate,load balancing rate and the total duration of effective tracking cycles are superior to those of the traditional genetic algorithm.
