黑龙江省乡镇零售业空间分布特征研究

摘　　要：零售业是实体经济的重要组成部分,对促进区域经济增长有着重要意义,文章运用核密度估计、缓冲区分析等方法结合人口和道路数据探究了黑龙江省乡镇零售业的空间分布特征。结果表明:黑龙江省乡镇零售业水平整体上“南高北低”,呈现出“多核心”的分布特征,且高值区展现出一定的近铁路线分布特征;省内零售业发展水平整体不高,且内部差异显著,旅游业对零售业的带动作用明显;黑龙江省乡镇零售业发展仍有明显的人口指向性,同时流动人口对其发展水平影响显著;交通条件对零售业发展也有着明显的促进作用。Retail industry is an important part of the real economy,which is of great significance to promote regional economic growth.Combined with population and road data,this paper explores the spatial distribution characteristics of township retail industry in Heilongjiang Province by using kernel density estimation,buffer analysis and other methods.The results show that the overall level of township retail industry in Heilongjiang Province is high in the south and low in the north,showing the distribution characteristics of multi-core,and the high value area shows a certain distribution characteristics of near railway line.The overall development level of the retail industry in the province is not high,and the internal differences are significant.The driving effect of tourism on the retail industry is obvious.The development of township retail industry in Heilongjiang Province still has obvious population orientation,and the floating population has a significant impact on its development level.Traffic conditions also play a significant role in promoting the development of the retail industry.
