摘　　要：近年来,全球化逆潮涌现,使得传统国际大循环不平衡与不协调问题愈加凸显,亟待我国政府构建双循环发展格局来促进中国经济的进一步良性发展。国家对竞争力产业的培育是构建双循环格局的重要内容,而国家竞争优势理论对于一国培育竞争力产业具有重要启示意义,因此,文章试从培育国家竞争优势的视角出发,探索政府与企业主体如何构建双循环的新发展格局。In recent years,the emergence of reverse globalization has made the imbalance and inconsistency of the traditional international cycle more and more prominent,and it is urgent for the Chinese government to build a dual-cycle development pattern to promote the further benign development of China's economy.The cultivation for competitive industries is very important for building a dual-cycle pattern.And the theory of national competitive advantage is of great significance for one country to cultivate competitive industries.Therefore,this paper attempts to explore how the government and enterprises build a new dual-cycle development pattern from the perspective of cultivating national competitive advantage.
