社保基金持股对半导体公司绩效影响的实证研究

摘　　要：随着我国资本市场的发展,社保基金积极投资以追求高收益,其稳健投资风格备受关注。文章研究社保基金持股对半导体公司绩效的影响,发现社保基金持股的半导体公司绩效更优,且对大公司影响更显著。文章采用2013—2023年半导体行业A股上市公司数据,通过多元回归分析得出结论,并经过稳健性检验。社保基金作为特殊机构投资者,其持股对半导体公司绩效有积极影响,对行业发展具有重要意义。Along with the development of China's capital market,the social security fund actively invests in the pursuit of high returns,and its stable investment style has attracted much attention.This paper studies the effect of the shareholding of the social security fund on the performance of semiconductor companies,and finds that the performance of the semiconductor companies held by the social security fund is better,and the impact on large companies is more significant.Based on the data of A-share listed companies in semiconductor industry from 2013 to 2023,the conclusions are drawn through multiple regression analysis and tested for robustness.As a special institutional investor,the social security fund has a positive impact on the performance of semiconductor companies,which is of great significance to the development of the industry.
