摘 要:注射成型行业要求粉末原料氧含量不超过0.35%,否则会导致成品出现空隙缺陷,材料脆性加强,抗冲击性和韧性降低,同时还会影响材料尺寸稳定性。本文以废旧304不锈钢材转型生产注射成型用17-4PH不锈钢粉为例,研究熔炼过程中脱氧剂、扒渣剂的影响。试验结果表明,使用硅铁合金+硅钙合金脱氧配合石川F4扒渣剂制备的不锈钢粉氧含量在0.35%以下,氧含量均值:0.2856%。The injection molding industry stipulates that the oxygen content in powder raw materials must not exceed 0.35%.otherwise it will lead to void defects in the finished product.resulting in enhanced brittleness.reduced impact resistance and tough-ness.and will also affect the dimensional stability of the material.In this paper.the transformation of waste 304 stainless steel into 17-4PH stainless steel powder for injection molding is taken as an example to study the influence of oxygen absorber and slag scraper in the melting process.The test results show that the oxygen content of stainless steel powder prepared by ferrosilicon alloy+silicon-calcium alloy deoxidation combined with Ishikawa F4 slag scraper is less than 0.35%.and the average oxygen content is 0.2856%.
