摘  要:硒元素因其具备优异的物化性能,被广泛应用于冶金和电子工业等领域,随着科技的发展,粗硒利用企业对粗硒产品的纯度及含水率等指标要求不断提高。本文针对在实际生产过程中原始粗硒生产工艺所暴露出的问题,通过对生产工艺、加气方式、洗涤工艺以及成品除水工艺等的优化,从而缩短反应时间、降低成本、提高成品纯度且降低成品含水率。优化后成品粗硒含水率稳定在25%以下、粗硒纯度稳定在95%以上,同时改善了作业环境,保证了职工的身体健康,且降低了生产操作过程中的安全风险。Selenium is widely used in fields such as metallurgy and electronics industry because of its excellent physical and chemical properties.With the development of science and technology,crude selenium utilization companies have continuously in-creased their requirements for the purity,moisture content and other indicators of crude selenium products.This article introduces the problems exposed in the original crude selenium production process during the actual production process.Through the optimiza-tion of the production process,gas addition method,washing process and finished product water removal process,the reaction time,cost and finished product can be shortened,and the finished product can be improved.purity and reduce the moisture con-tent of the finished product.After optimization,the crude selenium moisture content of the finished product is stable at less than 25%,and the purity of crude selenium is stable at more than 95%.At the same time,the working environment is improved,the health of the workers is ensured,and the safety risk in the production operation is reduced.
