摘  要:随着加压浸出工艺发展的日益成熟,在生产成本以及金属回收率方面表现出较高的优越性。镍精矿是镍湿法冶炼的重要原料。本文主要针对提升镍精矿浸出率及除铁效果,采用加压浸出处理工艺,探究了酸度、氧分压、浸出时间以及浸出温度对硫化镍物料选择性浸出以及除铁效果的影响,实现了镍精矿中镍98%以上浸出率的情况下,将93%以上的铁抑制在渣中的目的,同时改善了加压浸出渣的过滤性能,确定了镍精矿原料选择性浸出的工艺条件。With the increasingly mature development of pressure leaching technology,it has shown high advantages in production cost and metal recovery rate.Nickel concentrate is an important raw material for nickel wet smelting.This article mainly focuses on improving the leaching rate and iron removal effect of nickel concentrate.The pressure leaching treatment process is adopted to explore the effects of acidity,oxygen partial pressure,leaching time,and leaching temperature on the selective leaching and iron removal effect of nickel sulfide materials.The goal is to suppress more than 93%of iron in the slag while achieving a nickel leaching rate of over 98%in nickel concentrate.At the same time,the filtration performance of pressure leaching slag is improved,and the process conditions for selective leaching of nickel concentrate raw materials are determined.
