摘  要:本文建立了惰性气体熔融-红外/热导法测定高温合金(CH3600、GH4169、GH5605、CH2132)中氧、氮、氢含量的分析方法。通过实验优化了仪器参数、样品称样量,同时对所建立分析方法的精密度、仪器检出限等条件开展实验。实验表明:氧、氮、氢方法的测量下限分别为0.00045%、0.00057%、0.00010%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在3.64%-14.91%之间,方法准确性好。此方法的建立,有利于镍基、铁基和钴基高温合金生产企业从原料到产品实现氧氮氢的品质控制。A method for the determination of oxygen,nitrogen and hydrogen in Superalloys(GH3600,GH4169,GH5605 and CH2132)by inert gas fusion infrared/thermal conductivity was established.The instrument parameters were optimized after experiments,and the conditions such as sample weight,method precision and instrument detection limit were tested.The experimental results show that the detection limits of oxygen,nitrogen and hydrogen are 0.00045%,0.00057%and 0.00010%respectively,and the RSD is 3.64%to 14.91%.The establishment of this method is conducive to the quality control of oxygen,nitrogen and hydrogen from raw materials to products in the production enterprises of nickel,iron and cobalt based superalloys.
