摘　　要：用火花直读光谱法分析铜阳极板中9种杂质元素含量,确定了被测元素的光谱分析线、最佳分析条件及样品制备要求。采用圆柱型模具熔铸制样,方法简单,无污染,准确度及精密度均较高,各元素相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)≤6.92%,结果满足生产要求。The content of 9 impurity elements in copper anode plates was analyzed using spark direct reading spectroscopy,and the spectral analysis line,optimal analysis conditions,and sample preparation requirements for the measured elements were determined.Using cylindrical molds for casting samples,the method is simple and pollution-free,with high accuracy and precision.The relative standard deviation(RSD,n=11)of each element is≤6.92%,and the results meet production requirements.
