摘  要:浇铸机在冶金行业是生产阳极板的重要设备,一直以来,不断提高阳极板质量、加快浇铸速度、降低劳动强度及成本、实现自动控制及流水线化生产是有色冶金企业所希望的目标。本文主要对现有浇铸机在浇铸磨具增大和传动链条提速的情况下,校核现有的受力部件和电机是否满足要求,通过校核计算明确了链条的选型,计算链条及齿槽的尺寸,并对链轮主传动轴等主要受力部件进行了校核分析,结果表明销轴直径需要加大至37.1mm。Casting machine in the metallurgical industry is an important equipment for the production of anode plate,has been continuously improving the quality of anode plate,speed up the casting speed,reduce labor intensity and cost,to achieve automatic control and assembly line production is the goal of non-ferrous metallurgy enterprises.This paper mainly checks whether the existing stressed parts and motors meet the requirements of the existing casting machine under the condition of increasing the casting grinding tools and increasing the speed of the transmission chain.Through the checking calculation,the selection of the chain is clarified,the size of the chain and the tooth groove is calculated,and the main stressed parts such as the main drive shaft of the sprocket are checked and analyzed.The results show that the diameter of the pin needs to be increased to 37.1mm.
