摘 要:目前,水源地供水系统自动化程度不高,供水系统的操作依靠传统的人工进行现场操作,且早期的控制系统及仪器仪表已出现不同程度的故障问题,大多已无法修复。基于以上问题,此次设计对供水系统进行重新设计改造,设计了一套基于S7-1200PLC的水源地无人值守自动化控制系统。该控制系统实现了水源地无人值守恒压供水的目的,成功达到了由传统人工操作向远程自动控制转变的效果,具有较好的实用价值。At present,the degree of automation of the water supply system of the water source is not high,the operation of the water supply system relies on the traditional manual operation on site,and the early control system and instrumentation have different degrees of failure problems,most of them have been unable to repair,based on the above problems,the design of the water supply system is redesigned and transformed,and a set of unattended automatic control system of the water source based on S7-1200 PLC is designed.The control system realises the purpose of unattended constant pressure water supply in the water source,and successfully achieves the effect of transforming from traditional manual operation to remote automatic control,which has good practical value.
