摘 要:铅试金法普遍用于测定铜精矿中金、银品位。具有分析结果准确度高的优点,但操作流程长,误差来源较多。本文根据实践经验和参阅有关资料,对用铅试金法分析铜精矿中金和银的各个程序:配料、熔融、灰吹、分金过程中可能导致分析结果产生的误差原因进行分析,认为熔剂的混匀、硅酸度、温度及硝酸浓度是操作中产生误差的主要原因,并在实际应用中提出操作的改进方法,提高检测结果的准确性。The lead fire assay method is prevalently utilized for determining the grades of gold and silver in copper concen-trates.It claims high accuracy in analytical outcomes;nevertheless,the operational process is protracted and encompasses numerous error sources.In light of practical experience and by referring to relevant information,this article examines the potential error-inducing factors that may emerge in each procedure of analyzing gold and silver in copper concentrates through the lead fire assay method,including sample preparation,fusion,cupellation,and gold parting.It is regarded that the blending of fluxes,the degree of silicic acid,temperature,and nitric acid concentration are the primary causes of errors in the operation.Furthermore,improve-ment measures for the operation are proposed in practical applications to heighten the accuracy of the detection results.
