摘　　要：本文详细介绍了在进口压力机大修期间,对压力机的下压块及砧板进行测绘、三维改造设计、三维预装配、材质选择、加工制作、现场安装、试车国产化改造完整流程,以及经过对国产化改造后的下压块及砧板运行验证,证实压力机运行良好,达到了进口备件国产化改造的目的,节约了采购费用,缩短了采购周期,大大降低了生产成本。This paper in detail introduces the complete indigenous transformation of the press machine's lower punch block and anvil during the repair of the imported press machine,including the surveying,3D redesign,3D pre-assembly,material selec-tion,processing and production,on-site installation,and trial operation,and the operational testing after the indigenous transfor-mation,verifies the press machine operates satisfactorily,and achieves the goal of localizing imported spare parts,at the same time the expenditure of the Imported spare parts is saved,the purchasing time is shortened,the cost of production is reduced greatly.
