阿司匹林联合利伐沙班在糖尿病合并严重下肢缺血性血管病变患者术后的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨阿司匹林联合利伐沙班在糖尿病合并严重下肢缺血性血管病变患者术后的应用价值。方法选取2021年5月—2024年5月漳州市漳浦县医院和广州医科大学附属第二医院收治的86例糖尿病合并严重下肢缺血性血管病变患者为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方式分为两组,各43例。两组均采用二甲双胍治疗,对照组术后口服阿司匹林,研究组在对照组基础上口服利伐沙班。比较两组血糖水平、炎性因子、不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-8、白细胞介素-6水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病合并严重下肢缺血性血管病变患者术后应用阿司匹林联合利伐沙班治疗,可降低患者血糖水平和炎性因子水平,且不良反应发生风险较低。Objective To explore the application value of aspirin combined with rivaroxaban in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with severe lower extremity ischemic vascular disease after operation.Methods A total of 86 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with severe lower extremity ischemic vascular disease admitted to Zhangpu County Hospital and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from May 2021 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 43 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with metformin.The control group was given oral aspirin after operation,and the study group was given oral rivaroxaban on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose levels,inflammatory factors and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,C-reactive protein,interleukin-8 and interleukin-6 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of aspirin combined with rivaroxaban in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with severe lower extremity ischemic vascular disease after operation can reduce the levels of blood glucose and inflammatory factors,and the risk of adverse reactions is low.
