摘　　要：目的分析二甲双胍联合门冬胰岛素30治疗2型糖尿病的效果及对胰岛功能的影响。方法选取2022年8月—2024年1月六盘水市钟山区人民医院收治的86例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方法分为单一组和联合组,每组43例。单一组实施门冬胰岛素30治疗,联合组实施二甲双胍联合门冬胰岛素30治疗,比较两组血糖指标、胰岛功能以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,联合组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于单一组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,联合组胰岛素抵抗指数、胰岛β细胞功能指数、空腹胰岛素、C肽水平均优于单一组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论二甲双胍联合门冬胰岛素30治疗2型糖尿病疗效更显著,能够降低患者血糖水平,改善胰岛功能,且安全性较高。Objective To analyze the effect of metformin combined with insulin aspart 30 in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and its effect on islet function.Methods A total of 86 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Zhongshan District People's Hospital of Liupanshui from August 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into single group and combined group,with 43 cases in each group.The single group was treated with insulin aspart 30,and the combined group was treated with metformin combined with insulin aspart 30.The blood glucose indexes,islet function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the combined group were lower than those in the single group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the homeostatic model assessment of insulin resistance,homeostatic model assessment ofβ-cell function,fasting insulin and C-peptide levels in the combined group were better than those in the single group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Metformin combined with insulin aspart 30 is more effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus,which can reduce blood glucose level of patients,improve islet function,and has high safety.
