达格列净对中心型肥胖或超重2型糖尿病男性患者的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的探析达格列净治疗中心型肥胖或超重2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)男性患者的效果与价值。方法选取2021年5月—2024年4月平邑县人民医院收治的65例中心型肥胖或超重T2DM男性患者为研究对象,依据治疗方案不同分为两组。对照组(33例)给予利拉鲁肽治疗,观察组(32例)在对照组基础上联合达格列净治疗,比较两组糖脂代谢指标、胰岛功能相关指标、肥胖或超重指标。结果治疗12周,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗12周,观察组空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数均低于对照组,胰岛β细胞功能指数高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗12周,观察组体重、体重指数、腰臀比低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在中心型肥胖或超重T2DM男性患者治疗中联用达格列净,能够改善患者糖脂代谢、胰岛功能以及肥胖或超重指标。Objective To explore the effect and value of dapagliflozin in the treatment of male patients with central obesity or overweight type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 65 male patients with central obesity or overweight T2DM admitted to Pingyi County People's Hospital from May 2021 to April 2024 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to different treatment schemes.The control group(33 cases)was treated with liraglutide,and the observation group(32 cases)was treated with dapagliflozin on the basis of the control group.The glucose and lipid metabolism indexes,islet function related indexes,obesity or overweight indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,total cholesterol,triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the fasting insulin and homeostatic model assessment of insulin resistance of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and homeostatic model assessmentβ-cell function index was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the body weight,body mass index and waist-hip ratio the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Combined with dapagliflozin in the treatment of male patients with central obesity or overweight T2DM can better improve glucose and lipid metabolism,islet function and obesity or overweight indexes.
