腹膜透析联合血液透析在糖尿病肾病治疗中的效果

摘　　要：目的探究糖尿病肾病治疗中应用腹膜透析联合血液透析的效果。方法回顾性选取2023年2月—2024年5月中国人民解放军陆军第七十三集团军医院收治的120例糖尿病肾病患者的临床资料,根据不同治疗方法分为对照组(n=60,实施血液透析)和观察组(n=60,实施腹膜透析联合血液透析)。比较两组血糖水平、肾功能水平及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、血肌酐、尿素氮、胱抑素C、β2-微球蛋白、不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论实施腹膜透析联合血液透析可显著改善糖尿病肾病患者的肾功能水平、血糖水平,并降低不良反应发生率。Objective To explore the effect of peritoneal dialysis combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to 73rd Army Group Hospital of the PLA from February 2023 to May 2024 were retrospectively selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(n=60,hemodialysis)and observation group(n=60,peritoneal dialysis combined with hemodialysis).The blood glucose level,renal function level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,cystatin C,β2-microglobulin and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of peritoneal dialysis combined with hemodialysis can significantly improve the renal function level and blood glucose level of patients with diabetic nephropathy,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
